It reaches the Euro 4 emission standard. The manufacturer, founded in 1969, is the only manufacturing plant that simultaneously produces gasoline Engine, diesel Engine and gas Engine in China. Until now, the plant has already produced 3 million Engines. Advantages: Reliability Upgrade The design life (B10) of the motor is as long as 800,000Km. High-strength design allows the motor to meet the rigorous requirements of high-speed, heavy load and continuous operation for passengers and logistics transportation. Economy Upgrade The lowest fuel consumption is lower than 190g/kwl, which is leading in domestic heavy truck industry. High-efficient power reservation enables the fuel consumption to keep at the best running status. Control System Upgrade The engine management system is connected with the vehicles computer through INTERACT. High-pressure common rail system decreases the fuel consumption and reduces the resulting noises. Safety Upgrade The motors braking and emission braking can reach 400Ps at the driving condition of steep slope, and 95% of the kinetic energy of high-speed vehicles can be effectively absorbed. It can be used to replace 90% of braking trig, and provide users with strong safety protection. Its powerful intelligent control system grants the motor with functions of self-diagnosis and self-protection, which can effectively provide human-machine safety protection.
